A menudo, cosas que parecen sencillas, como una receta tradicional, una canci\u00f3n colectiva o una celebraci\u00f3n local, tienen un profundo significado cultural. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El patrimonio cultural inmaterial (PCI) incluye \u00ablas pr\u00e1cticas, representaciones, expresiones, conocimientos y habilidades, as\u00ed como los instrumentos, objetos, artefactos y espacios culturales asociados a ellos, que las comunidades, los grupos y, en algunos casos, los individuos reconocen como parte de su patrimonio cultural\u00bb (UNESCO, 2003). Este reconocimiento proviene de la propia comunidad y tiene sus ra\u00edces en la vida cotidiana y en un sentido compartido de identidad (Flor\u00eancio et al., 2016, p. 16). <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proteger el PCI es m\u00e1s que simplemente documentarlo. Significa mantenerlo vivo, transmitirlo de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n y permitir que crezca y cambie, especialmente cuando se enfrentan retos como la migraci\u00f3n, la globalizaci\u00f3n o la p\u00e9rdida de conocimientos tradicionales (Flor\u00eancio et al., 2014). Apoyar estas pr\u00e1cticas culturales ayuda a preservar la diversidad, fomenta el di\u00e1logo entre culturas y fortalece los lazos comunitarios (Consejo de Europa, 2005).  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como dijo Freire (2005, p. 80), \u00abnadie ense\u00f1a a nadie, ni nadie es autodidacta, las personas se ense\u00f1an unas a otras, mediadas por el mundo\u00bb.
