Se trata de construir relaciones, lo que requiere escuchar, ser responsable y mostrar respeto a las comunidades que mantienen vivas estas tradiciones. El primer paso, y el m\u00e1s importante, es obtener el consentimiento libre, previo e informado. Todas las personas involucradas deben comprender plenamente el prop\u00f3sito del trabajo y c\u00f3mo se podr\u00eda utilizar el material, especialmente en formatos digitales.   <\/p><p>Para apoyar este proceso, se recomiendan los siguientes pasos:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Utilizar formularios de consentimiento<\/strong>, ya sean escritos u orales, para individuos o grupos.<\/li><li><strong>Crear acuerdos comunitarios<\/strong> que expliquen c\u00f3mo se utilizar\u00e1n, almacenar\u00e1n y acceder\u00e1n a las grabaciones, teniendo siempre en cuenta los valores locales, la \u00e9tica y la toma de decisiones de la comunidad.<\/li><li><strong>Obtener permiso<\/strong> para utilizar las im\u00e1genes y voces de las personas, especialmente en el caso de grabaciones de v\u00eddeo o audio.<\/li><li><strong>Respetar los derechos culturales colectivos<\/strong> y la propiedad compartida del material.<\/li><li><strong>Solicitar asesoramiento de expertos<\/strong> en casos que impliquen cuestiones legales o \u00e9ticas.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c653f7f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c653f7f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el mundo digital actual, tambi\u00e9n es importante proteger los derechos digitales de las comunidades, permiti\u00e9ndoles controlar c\u00f3mo se comparte y se muestra su conocimiento. Directrices como la <strong>Directiva Europea 2019\/790<\/strong> y la <strong>Convenci\u00f3n de Faro<\/strong> (2005) ofrecen un importante apoyo, con el objetivo de lograr la equidad y el empoderamiento de las comunidades. <\/p><p>Sitios web como \u00abeuropeana.eu\u00bb dan un buen ejemplo, utilizando normas \u00e9ticas para compartir contenidos culturales.
