Para que esto funcione realmente, es importante utilizar m\u00e9todos que apoyen la participaci\u00f3n, el di\u00e1logo y la creatividad, elementos fundamentales de la gesti\u00f3n participativa. <\/p><p>Estos enfoques deben formar parte del Departamento de Innovaci\u00f3n, que desempe\u00f1a un papel clave en el fomento y la orientaci\u00f3n de estos procesos. Este departamento puede organizar cursos de formaci\u00f3n, reuniones y actividades que promuevan el uso de estas herramientas y ayuden a mantener un entorno de innovaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lido y colaborativo. \u00bfAlguna vez has participado en una simple conversaci\u00f3n en grupo que ha dado lugar a una idea creativa?  <\/p><p>Siguiendo las ideas de autores como Demo (2021) y Ten\u00f3rio (1998), reconocemos que la innovaci\u00f3n depende de la escucha activa, la responsabilidad compartida y el respeto por las diferentes formas de conocimiento.<\/p><p>A continuaci\u00f3n se presentan algunos m\u00e9todos \u00fatiles:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Design Thinking:<\/strong> un proceso centrado en las personas que se centra en la empat\u00eda y en probar nuevas ideas. (M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre Design Thinking en el m\u00f3dulo 6). <\/li><li><strong>Mapas de empat\u00eda:<\/strong> una herramienta para comprender mejor c\u00f3mo se sienten y ven las cosas los\/las participantes.<\/li><li><strong>Talleres de cocreaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> espacios donde se construyen soluciones de forma conjunta, basadas en la experiencia compartida.<\/li><li><strong>C\u00edrculos de conversaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> conversaciones abiertas y respetuosas que valoran el conocimiento local.<\/li><li><strong>Actividades visuales y sensoriales:<\/strong> formas creativas de expresar y explorar ideas.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46246d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46246d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Contar historias (Lambert y Hessler, 2018) tambi\u00e9n puede ser una forma de dar sentido a las experiencias y acercar a los integrantes de una comunidad.
