Para que esto suceda, es esencial la participaci\u00f3n activa de los participantes, el uso de herramientas digitales y un s\u00f3lido apoyo institucional, especialmente a trav\u00e9s del Departamento de Innovaci\u00f3n. <\/p><p>Este departamento debe guiar y apoyar los procesos creativos, asegur\u00e1ndose de que las propuestas se documenten, se sigan y se desarrollen con claridad, respeto y responsabilidad compartida. Con la ayuda de las herramientas digitales, resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil organizar las ideas, asignar tareas, mantener la comunicaci\u00f3n fluida y mantener la coherencia a lo largo del tiempo. <\/p><p>Cuando se utilizan de forma reflexiva, estas herramientas ayudan a aumentar la participaci\u00f3n y hacen m\u00e1s visible el proceso de creaci\u00f3n conjunta de ideas. Como se\u00f1alan Eid y Forstrom (2021), la innovaci\u00f3n digital debe mejorar, y no sustituir, las interacciones del mundo real, centr\u00e1ndose siempre en la inclusi\u00f3n, la escucha y el trabajo en equipo. <\/p><p>A la hora de introducir la tecnolog\u00eda, es importante tener en cuenta la situaci\u00f3n local: el acceso a Internet, los dispositivos disponibles y el grado de familiaridad de las personas con el uso de las herramientas digitales.
