Para que la innovaci\u00f3n sea duradera, debe estar conectada con el lugar, el conocimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n local y la vida que llevan. Debe llegar a las personas a nivel emocional, porque sin un sentido de pertenencia no se produce un cambio verdadero.  <\/p><p>La gesti\u00f3n participativa desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental como vimos en el m\u00f3dulo 2. Como se\u00f1ala Ten\u00f3rio (1998), significa involucrar a todos, desde la planificaci\u00f3n hasta la evaluaci\u00f3n, fomentando la responsabilidad compartida y la apertura. Elinor Ostrom (2012) tambi\u00e9n nos recuerda el valor de la gesti\u00f3n colaborativa y el cuidado colectivo de los recursos compartidos. En este contexto, la creaci\u00f3n de un Departamento de Innovaci\u00f3n ayuda a dar estructura y apoyo a largo plazo a estos esfuerzos.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f58cff8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f58cff8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Formas pr\u00e1cticas de fomentar una cultura de innovaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8c00db elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8c00db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Escucha y gesti\u00f3n participativa:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Crear un departamento de innovaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Crear espacios abiertos para el di\u00e1logo y la escucha (por ejemplo, c\u00edrculos de conversaci\u00f3n, caf\u00e9s culturales).<\/li><li>Utilizar pr\u00e1cticas participativas en cada paso del proceso.<\/li><li>Involucrar a diferentes grupos de edad y comunidades desde el principio.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1f3c95 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d1f3c95\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Creatividad y m\u00e9todos colaborativos:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Considerar la creatividad como un viaje compartido que acoge los errores y el aprendizaje conjunto.<\/li><li>Apoyar la cocreaci\u00f3n mediante talleres, pruebas y actividades pr\u00e1cticas.<\/li><li>Aplicar herramientas como el pensamiento de dise\u00f1o, los mapas de empat\u00eda y las experiencias sensoriales.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdd1423 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cdd1423\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Tecnolog\u00eda y sostenibilidad:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Utilizar herramientas digitales sencillas (Padlet, Miro, Trello) para documentar y realizar un seguimiento del progreso.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Mapear el conocimiento y los recursos locales con m\u00e9todos visuales y emocionales.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Celebrar lo que se ha logrado y aprendido juntos.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Utilizar c\u00edrculos de retroalimentaci\u00f3n, registros de experiencias y diarios para reflexionar y mejorar.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bcaba11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bcaba11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Crear una cultura de innovaci\u00f3n requiere una planificaci\u00f3n cuidadosa y el respaldo institucional. Pero, en esencia, se trata de un proceso compartido de imaginar, pertenecer y dar forma a futuros posibles.
