Spesso cose che sembrano semplici, come una ricetta tradizionale, un canto di gruppo o una festa locale, hanno un profondo significato culturale. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il patrimonio culturale immateriale (ICH) comprende &#8220;le pratiche, le rappresentazioni, le espressioni, le conoscenze, le abilit\u00e0 &#8211; nonch\u00e9 gli strumenti, gli oggetti, i manufatti e gli spazi culturali ad essi associati &#8211; che le comunit\u00e0, i gruppi e, in alcuni casi, gli individui riconoscono come parte del loro patrimonio culturale&#8221; (UNESCO, 2003). Questo riconoscimento proviene dalla comunit\u00e0 stessa ed \u00e8 radicato nella vita quotidiana e in un senso di identit\u00e0 condiviso (Flor\u00eancio et al., 2016, p. 16). <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proteggere l&#8217;ICH non significa solo documentarlo. Significa mantenerlo vivo, trasmetterlo di generazione in generazione e permettergli di crescere e cambiare, soprattutto quando si affrontano sfide come la migrazione, la globalizzazione o la perdita delle conoscenze tradizionali (Flor\u00eancio et al., 2014). Sostenere queste pratiche culturali aiuta a preservare la diversit\u00e0, incoraggia il dialogo tra le culture e rafforza i legami comunitari (Consiglio d&#8217;Europa, 2005).  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come ha affermato Freire (2005, p. 80), &#8220;nessuno insegna a un altro, n\u00e9 nessuno \u00e8 autodidatta, le persone si insegnano a vicenda, mediate dal mondo&#8221;.
