Welke instrumenten biedt het heden ons om op een horizontale, inclusieve manier samen te werken? Dit zijn enkele van de vragen waarover we kunnen nadenken bij de start van module 3 van deze training.  <\/p><p>Deze module nodigt je uit om na te denken over hoe je een cultuur van innovatie en creativiteit in plattelandsgebieden kunt stimuleren door immaterieel cultureel erfgoed te waarderen door middel van samenwerking, actief luisteren en het uitproberen van nieuwe idee\u00ebn \u2013 altijd met de lokale context en bestaande instellingen in gedachten.<\/p><p>Ge\u00efnspireerd door denkers als Henry Chesbrough (2003), Paulo Freire (2005), Ren\u00e9 Barbier (1998), Judite Primo en M\u00e1rio Moutinho (2021) kijken we naar manieren om gezamenlijke inspanningen te ondersteunen die een verschil maken in de samenleving en cultuur. Het soort innovatie waarop we ons richten, groeit door participatie, open gesprekken en respect voor verschillende perspectieven. <\/p><p>Naast het bespreken van deze idee\u00ebn benadrukt deze module de noodzaak om structuren op te zetten, die mensen autonomie geven en duidelijke wegen bieden voor betrokkenheid en follow-up.
