Om dit echt te laten werken, is het belangrijk om methoden te gebruiken die participatie, dialoog en creativiteit ondersteunen \u2013 kernelementen van participatief management. <\/p><p>Deze benaderingen moeten deel uitmaken van de innovatieafdeling, die een sleutelrol speelt bij het stimuleren en begeleiden van deze processen. Deze afdeling kan trainingen, bijeenkomsten en activiteiten organiseren die het gebruik van deze instrumenten bevorderen en helpen een sterke, collaboratieve innovatieomgeving in stand te houden. Heb je ooit deelgenomen aan een eenvoudig groepsgesprek dat een krachtig idee heeft opgeleverd?  <\/p><p>In navolging van de idee\u00ebn van auteurs als Demo (2021) en Ten\u00f3rio (1998) erkennen we dat innovatie afhankelijk is van actief luisteren, gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid en respect voor verschillende manieren van kennis.<\/p><p>Hier zijn enkele nuttige methoden:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Design Thinking<\/strong> \u2013 Een mensgericht proces dat zich richt op empathie en het testen van nieuwe idee\u00ebn. (Meer over Design Thinking in module 6) <\/li><li><strong>Empathie kaarten<\/strong> \u2013 Een hulpmiddel om beter te begrijpen hoe deelnemers zich voelen en dingen zien.<\/li><li><strong>Co-creatie Workshops<\/strong> \u2013 Ruimtes waar samen oplossingen worden bedacht, gebaseerd op gedeelde ervaringen.<\/li><li><strong>Gesprekscirkels<\/strong> \u2013 Open, respectvolle gesprekken waarin lokale kennis wordt gewaardeerd.<\/li><li><strong>Visuele en zintuiglijke activiteiten<\/strong> \u2013 Creatieve manieren om idee\u00ebn uit te drukken en te verkennen.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46246d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46246d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Storytelling (Lambert &amp; Hessler, 2018) kan ook een krachtige manier zijn om betekenis te geven aan ervaringen en gemeenschappen dichter bij elkaar te brengen.
