Que ferramentas temos para trabalhar de forma colaborativa, horizontal e inclusiva? Estas s\u00e3o algumas das quest\u00f5es sobre as quais podemos come\u00e7ar a refletir ao iniciar o M\u00f3dulo 3 desta forma\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p><p>Este m\u00f3dulo convida-o a pensar em como incentivar uma cultura de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e criatividade nas \u00e1reas rurais, valorizando o patrim\u00f3nio cultural imaterial por meio da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, da escuta ativa e da experimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de novas ideias \u2014 sempre conectadas ao contexto local e \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es existentes.<\/p><p>Inspirados por pensadores como Henry Chesbrough (2003), Paulo Freire (2005), Ren\u00e9 Barbier (1998) e Judite Primo e M\u00e1rio Moutinho (2021), analisamos formas de apoiar esfor\u00e7os conjuntos que fazem a diferen\u00e7a na sociedade e na cultura. O tipo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o em que nos concentramos cresce atrav\u00e9s da participa\u00e7\u00e3o, da conversa aberta e do respeito por diferentes perspetivas. <\/p><p>Al\u00e9m de discutir essas ideias, este m\u00f3dulo destaca a necessidade de criar estruturas que deem autonomia \u00e0s pessoas e ofere\u00e7am caminhos definidos para o envolvimento e o acompanhamento.
