Come\u00e7a com a escuta verdadeira, a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento local e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta de solu\u00e7\u00f5es ligadas \u00e0s experi\u00eancias da vida real. Inspirada nas ideias de Paulo Freire (2014) e Ren\u00e9 Barbier (1997), inova\u00e7\u00e3o significa dialogar com a terra e as suas pessoas \u2014 come\u00e7ando com a escuta \u00e9tica e emp\u00e1tica como primeiro passo para a mudan\u00e7a.  <\/p><p>Desta forma, uma cultura de inova\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se resume a inventar algo novo. Envolve tamb\u00e9m recuperar tradi\u00e7\u00f5es, repensar h\u00e1bitos quotidianos e usar diferentes tipos de conhecimento para enfrentar desafios comuns.
