Para que isso funcione de verdade, \u00e9 importante usar m\u00e9todos que apoiem a participa\u00e7\u00e3o, o di\u00e1logo e a criatividade \u2014 elementos centrais da gest\u00e3o participativa. <\/p><p>Essas abordagens devem fazer parte do Departamento de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o, que desempenha um papel fundamental no incentivo e na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o desses processos. Esse departamento pode organizar forma\u00e7\u00f5es, reuni\u00f5es e atividades que promovam o uso dessas ferramentas e ajudem a manter um ambiente de inova\u00e7\u00e3o forte e colaborativo. J\u00e1 participou numa conversa simples em grupo que deu origem a uma ideia poderosa?  <\/p><p>Seguindo as ideias de autores como Demo (2021) e Ten\u00f3rio (1998), reconhecemos que a inova\u00e7\u00e3o depende da escuta ativa, da responsabilidade partilhada e do respeito por diferentes formas de conhecimento.<\/p><p>Aqui est\u00e3o alguns m\u00e9todos \u00fateis:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Design Thinking<\/strong> \u2013 Um processo centrado nas pessoas, focado na empatia e no teste de novas ideias. (Mais sobre Design Thinking no M\u00f3dulo 6) <\/li><li><strong>Mapas de empatia<\/strong> \u2013 Uma ferramenta para compreender melhor como os participantes se sentem e veem as coisas.<\/li><li><strong>Workshops de cocria\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u2013 Espa\u00e7os onde as solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o constru\u00eddas em conjunto, com base na experi\u00eancia partilhada.<\/li><li><strong>C\u00edrculos de Conversa<\/strong> \u2013 Conversas abertas e respeitosas que valorizam o conhecimento local.<\/li><li><strong>Atividades visuais e sensoriais<\/strong> \u2013 Formas criativas de expressar e explorar ideias.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46246d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46246d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Contar hist\u00f3rias (Lambert &amp; Hessler, 2018) tamb\u00e9m pode ser uma forma poderosa de dar sentido \u00e0s experi\u00eancias e aproximar as comunidades.
