Para que isso aconte\u00e7a, \u00e9 essencial o envolvimento ativo dos participantes, o uso de ferramentas digitais e um apoio institucional s\u00f3lido, especialmente por meio do Departamento de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p><p>Este departamento deve orientar e apoiar os processos criativos, garantindo que as propostas sejam documentadas, acompanhadas e desenvolvidas com transpar\u00eancia, respeito e responsabilidade partilhada. Com a ajuda de ferramentas digitais, torna-se mais f\u00e1cil organizar ideias, atribuir tarefas, manter a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o fluida e manter a consist\u00eancia ao longo do tempo. <\/p><p>Quando utilizadas de forma ponderada, estas ferramentas ajudam a aumentar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o e tornam mais vis\u00edvel o percurso de constru\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta de ideias. Como Eid &amp; Forstrom (2021) salientam, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o digital deve melhorar \u2014 e n\u00e3o substituir \u2014 as intera\u00e7\u00f5es do mundo real, focando-se sempre na inclus\u00e3o, na escuta e no trabalho em equipa. <\/p><p>Ao introduzir a tecnologia, \u00e9 importante levar em considera\u00e7\u00e3o a situa\u00e7\u00e3o local: acesso \u00e0 Internet, dispositivos dispon\u00edveis e familiaridade das pessoas com o uso de ferramentas digitais.
